We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for all domestic orders. Orders over $250 will receive free domestic shipping. Items are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.
If you are not satisfied with your Big Rock Candy Mountaineering purchase, you may return items from your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling is NOT refundable. The provided return label cost is deducted from your final return. All sale / off-season items are final sale.

Refunds / Exchanges
Big Rock Candy Mountaineering full-price purchases returned within 14 days of their arrival date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange.
