We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for all domestic orders. Orders over $250 will receive free domestic shipping. Items are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Domestic Refunds / Exchanges
Big Rock Candy Mountaineering full-price purchases returned within 14 days of their arrival date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for a full refund or an exchange. All sale/off-season items are final sale.

Machine wash warm (110°F / 40°C) with a high performance cleaner; if washing with a conventional liquid laundry detergent, rinse a second time to remove all traces of detergent. Tumble dry low (130°F / 55°C) to rejuvenate the durable water repellent (DWR) finish. Do not dry clean or use fabric softeners, bleach or stain removal products.
